         SMIT International School was founded in 1997 and was approved a license by the Ministry of Education of Thailand (MOE). We have a sound reputation as a provider of quality Thai course for foreigners.  We can provide a visa type non-immigrant ED for foreign students who register a full Thai course.   Student will be eligible for a 1 year visa and also study Thai.  You can study and have a visa up to 5 years, but you will be required to do a new registration every year.  Once the first year visa runs out, we will repeat the same procedure.

***Course fee for the first year with Ed visa 22,000 baht / person

***Course fee for the following year with Ed visa 20,000 baht / person

Student can learn up to 200 hrs. in a group class at school.

How to apply a Thai course and student visa?

1. Your passport copy, 8 recent photo 2”, advance payment. The we will ask the first certified letter from MOE, the process takes about 2 weeks.

2. Once 1^st letter finished you will need to go outside Thailand to Thai embassy (such as Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia or your own country) where you will be issued a visa type non-immigrant ED.

3. With the non-immigrant ED visa you will need to come back to us as soon as possible then we will ask for the second letter certifying your enrolment.  This letter allows you to make an extension at the immigration Bangkok.   

Note:

Fee at the Thai embassy 2,000 baht and fee at the immigration Bkk 1,900 baht  every 3 months

will be paid by students.
